All items are handmade to order with love right here in the UK. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be made and dispatched.

UK Delivery

• Standard delivery: 2–3 business days after dispatch
• We use Royal Mail for most orders

Processing Times As everything is handmade, please allow extra time during busy periods such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Father's Day.

Personalised Orders Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty. Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, please contact us at diwhynotat38@gmail.com within 14 days of your expected delivery date and we'll do our best to help.
